FLIGHT COST € 31.50 per minute
Each *flight minute costs €31.50. The starting point for all calculations is Zell am See Airport. For example, a flight from Kitzbühel to Saint-Tropez: 1 hour 40 minutes = 100 minutes. Cost: 100 minutes x €31.50 per minute. Cost of one-way flight: €3,150.
ROUND TRIP
We always strive to optimize your individual flight planning and may be able to save you some of the route fees (return flight to your home airport) under certain circumstances. We would be happy to inform you about this in a personal conversation.
CREW FEE € 900
Regardless of the flight duration, the daily fee for the captain and the first officer is €900.
AIRPORT FEE: € 100 - € 1,500
This varies depending on the airport (e.g., Saint-Tropez: €600). The fees range from €100 to €1,500.

How are the prices calculated?
All prices are composed of the flight time, crew fee, and airport fees. With Kitzbühel Airways, you can fly with up to 6 people at a fixed rate.
How does the booking process work?
Booking requests can be made via the website, email, or phone, including flight route, date, time, and number of passengers. Either a fixed price offer or cost-based billing (for regular customers, precise calculation of flight minutes, fees, and expenses based on actual usage). Payment is made before the flight via bank transfer for fixed price offers and after the flight for regular customers.
Can I adjust my flight schedule?
We are usually very flexible, but always depending on airport opening hours, slots, weather, crew duty time, etc.
What luggage restrictions apply?
Depending on the route and the number of passengers, the specifics are provided for each request. Typically, it's 1 suitcase + carry-on per person.
What safety measures are practiced on board?
We exclusively fly with new aircraft, not older than 3 years. Regular maintenance at a certified Pilatus Service Center. All parameters in the aircraft and the turbine are continuously monitored automatically. All our pilots are highly experienced professional and commercial pilots, some of them are flight instructors. Emergency procedures are trained in the simulator twice a year. Annual practical and theoretical exams.
Terms and Conditions
Our price does not include:
- Transfer (limousine)
- Special insurance fees for specific countries
- Special catering requests
- Additional processing fees
- De-icing and anti-icing fees
Our cancellation fees are as follows:
- At the time of signing the contract: 10% of the total amount
- 14 to 7 days before departure: 20% of the total amount
- 6 to 3 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
- 48 to 24 hours before departure: 80% of the total amount
- 24 hours before departure: 100% of the total amount (including positioning without prior notice).
All services provided by Kitzbühel Airways GmbH & Co KG for customers in the field of business aviation are subject to these General Terms and Conditions. The General Terms and Conditions form an integral part of any agreement concluded between Kitzbühel Airways GmbH & Co and the customer.
For the provision of all travel services (charter flights, travel preparations, or individual services from third parties [operating companies]), Kitzbühel Airways may act as an intermediary, and the contract conditions of the operating companies (third parties) alone apply. This also applies to the booking of individual services such as charter flights.
By confirming the booking in person, in writing (including by fax or email), electronically (online), or by phone, an agreement is concluded between the customer and Kitzbühel Airways GmbH & Co KG.
